{"id":905,"date":"2022-01-13T14:49:29","date_gmt":"2022-01-13T14:49:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wpsandbox11.undip.ac.id\/?p=905"},"modified":"2022-06-15T14:52:18","modified_gmt":"2022-06-15T14:52:18","slug":"contributing-practical-formulas-jakarta-usakti-lecturer-bridges-energy-efficient-architecture-in-dissertation-research","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wpsandbox11.undip.ac.id\/index.php\/en\/2022\/01\/13\/contributing-practical-formulas-jakarta-usakti-lecturer-bridges-energy-efficient-architecture-in-dissertation-research\/","title":{"rendered":"Contributing Practical Formulas, Jakarta Usakti Lecturer Bridges Energy-Efficient Architecture in Dissertation Research"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Green building is one of the concepts of the government sector and the construction-based professional sector in creating effective solutions to the reduced availability of natural energy, the negative impacts of climate, change, and the sick building syndrome.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to Lili Kusumawati, who is a lecturer and researcher at Usakti Jakarta, one of the most important programs of the Green Building Council Indonesia-GBCI is to provide certificates and ratings to buildings in terms of their energy-efficient performance.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Like other tropical countries, one of the important indicators used by GBCI in ranking energy-efficient performance is energy for cooling.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GBCI assesses that by reducing the overall thermal transfer value (OTTV), the energy used for cooling can also be reduced.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The overall thermal transfer value of the building envelope (OTTV) is an important aspect in creating a sustainable and energy-efficient architecture.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the same time (beginning of designing), the architect\/designer wants to know that the building he designed can be said to be efficient in using electrical energy as an aspect of green architecture.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Architects usually need empirical formulas to determine.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So, to bridge the problem of data limitations at the initial design stage, we need a way to be able to estimate\/estimate the value of OTTV, so as not to hinder the work of architects\/designers in designing sustainable architectural works, continued Lili in her online dissertation presentation on Tuesday ( 12\/1) with the title <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cModel Rumus Praktis \u2013 Empiris Estimasi Nilai Perpindahan Termal Keseluruhan Pada Selubung Bangunan di Daerah Tropis\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Furthermore, Promovenda said that the research will also introduce some simple equations that can be used as a rule of thumb or empirical formula which includes the solar factor (SF), the effective shading coefficient (SCeff) and OTTV as the rule of thumb.\u00a0 The research validation consists of the first validation and cross validation to determine the root mean square error (RMSE) and absolute percentage error (APE) between the practical formula and the OTTV equation from the Indonesian National Standard.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The success of the 2017 doctoral candidate research was then agreed upon through the graduation of the Examiner Team (Prof. Agung Wibowo, Prof. Erni Setyowati, Prof. Agus Budi Purnomo, Prof. Gagoek Hardiman, Prof. Wahyu Setiabudi and Dr. Eng.
